Frequently Asked Questions

Can I put two names on the poster?

Yes, as long as the number of characters does not exceed 20.

What coloring supply works on the posters?

Crayons, colored pencils, washable markers, and chalk work wonderfully on our posters.

Can I use watercolor paint on the posters?

Watercolor paint is not recommended. If you prefer to use paint, I recommend tempura paint because it has a thicker consistency and more saturated colors.

Can I get a rush order?

We do not offer rush orders at this time. Our products are printed on demand and processed on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please place your order ahead of your event.

Can you customize the artwork to match my party theme?

We do not offer artwork customization because of how time-consuming it is. It wouldn’t be cost-effective. Check out our Birthday Party theme poster. It works universally with most themes.
